River North Park Apartments

Since the first day I moved in, I have had countless issues with this apartment. For what you are paying, it sure doesn’t feel like a river north high rise. I moved into a place with a semi functioning toilet, and non functioning dishwasher. It took over 6 different maintenance appointments for them to finally replace the dishwasher and toilet. The toilet was replaced with a smaller one, leaving disgusting brown residue on the floor (that used to be covered up by a larger toilet base). Since then, my dog scratched the carpet at a door frame, and that has not yet been taken care of. I reported it 3.5 months ago… now, that it is the coldest time of the year, my heat goes out intermittently. Seemingly nice people working here, just terrible service for what you pay for… oh yea, and a cockroach came up through my kitchen sink drain and literally bit me

Staff is phenomenal and so accommodating; except the actual building manager. Very passive aggressive and seems annoyed by their tenants. Not fun interacting with her at all. My unit wasn’t properly cleaned and no maintenance was done when I moved in. It was a quick turn around so take that with a grain of salt. Building amenities are good enough, units are surprisingly nice and modern, windows have a weird locking system only allowing me to open them up by an inch. They had an emergency water shut off and my unit’s water now has a bunch of particulate in it as well. Gross and hope it gets fixed soon. For the price point, not sure many buildings can beat it, but the manager sure does try to make you feel like it isn’t worth it.

I moved a week ago, so far I am enjoying the place, the views are excellent, personnel is very friendly and professional. All services are magnificent. I love spending time in business center while doing different interviews, so far I haven't get furniture to my studio. Ask me again in a while to get more specifics answers about later experiences. Location and ambience is fabulous.

I recently moved into the building and everything has been great! I worked with Janessa to find my apartment and she was so helpful and easy to get ahold of. Everyone in the leasing office has been very friendly despite my billions of questions. I’ve had a couple (very minor) maintenance request and they have always been taken care of within the day which has been great. Overall, it has been a great experience being in the building!
